Ingredients

  • Cow Milk – 150g

  • Almonds – 3g

  • Pistachios – 3g

  • Poppy Seeds – 3g

  • Watermelon Seeds – 3g

  • Vanilla Ensure – 3 Scoops

  • Peppercorn – 1.5g

  • Dry Rose Petals – 2 to 3 petals

  • Cardamom Powder – A pinch

  • Sugar – 5g

  • Fennel Seeds – 3g

Method

  • In a mixer jar, take almonds, pistachios, poppy seeds, watermelon seeds, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, pepper corns and sugar. Grind it into a coarse powder.

  • Add milk, Vanilla Ensure to a bowl and mix well to remove any lumps. Add the Thandai powder to this and mix well.

  • Refrigerate the Thandai milk for about an hour.

  • Remove the milk from the refrigerator and strain it in a glass.

  • Garnish with dry rose petals and serve chilled.
