Ingredients

 

  • Double toned milk – 1 cup​
  • Vanilla custard powder – ½ tsp​
  • Chopped apple – ½ tsp​
  • Chopped banana – ½ tsp​
  • Pomegranate – ½ tbsp​
  • Ensure Diabetes Care Vanilla – 3 Scoops

 

Method

  • Heat the milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.​

  • Mix custard powder in water and gradually add it to the boiling milk while stirring occasionally. Cook till it thickens a little while stirring to avoid milk sticking to the bottom of the pan.​

  • Cook the mixture completely.​

  • Once cooled, add all the fruits and add 3 scoops of Ensure Diabetes care and mix well.​

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
