Glucerna Select is a 1.0 kcal/mL specialised high-protein tube feed with a low glycaemic index (GI=16), unique carbohydrate blend, plus fibre and FOS for the dietary management of patients with diabetes and/or impaired glucose tolerance.1

It is suitable as a sole or supplemental source of nutrition, to be used under medical supervision.1

Preparation guideline

Usage instructions:

Shake well. Glucerna is ready to use
Oral feeding: As total or supplemental nutrition. Once opened, cover and place in a refrigerator. Discard if not used within 24 hours.
Tube feeding: Connect feeding set immediately prior to use. During tube feeding, the flow rate and volume are dependent on patients condition and tolerance. Additional fluid requirements can be met by giving water. Discard product within 24 hours of attaching feeding set.

Food for Special Medical Purposes. Use only under medical supervision.

*Low lactose refers to the product containing no more than 2 g of lactose per 100 g.3

†Gluten free refers to the product containing no detectable gluten at a limit of quantification of 5 ppm.3
