Ingredients

  • Chopped anjeer - ½ cup​

  • Roasted and chopped mixed nuts - 1tbsp​

  • Nutmeg powder - A pinch​

  • Ghee - 1 tsp​

  • Vanilla Ensure Diabetes Care - 3 Scoops

Method

  • In a pan add chopped anjeer, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water over it and cook until they turn soft.​

  • Add nutmeg powder and cook further until it becomes mushy. ​

  • Add ghee so that the mix leaves the pan well.​

  • Next, add in roasted mixed nuts and mix well and cook till it forms a soft and thick mass.​

  • Take it off the flame, let it come down to room temperature and then add 3 scoops of Ensure Diabetes Care to it. Mix well and add it to a greased plate and flatten it evenly.​

  • Let it further cool, then cut into square and serve.
