Ingredients

  • Low fat curd – ¾th cup​

  • Powdered almonds – ½ tsp​

  • Powdered pistachios – ½ tsp​

  • Cardamom powder – 1/4th  tsp​

  • Vanilla Ensure Diabetes Care – 4 scoops

Method

  • Take curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for around 2-3 hours​

  • Then transfer the hung curd to a bowl​

  • Add cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios and mix well until smooth​

  • Finally add 3 scoops of Ensure Diabetes Care. Mix it well and serve shrikhand chilled.
