Pour the required amount of water into a sterilized bottle—use 60 mL of water per scoop of formula. Add the appropriate number of scoops using the scoop provided in the tin, and shake the bottle well until the powder is completely dissolved. Always check the formula's temperature on your wrist before feeding. Discard any unused formula within one hour.
