Pour 185mL of previously boiled water at room temperature in a glass.
Add 6 leveled scoops (scoop included in the can) or 60.6g of powder.
Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve.

Yes, Ensure® Life StrengthProTM is nutritionally complete and balanced. Hence, it can be used as a supplement with or between meals, or as a meal replacement. It is also suitable for tube feeding.
