Taste papaya in a new way with this milk peach gum recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla
  • Water
  • 1 large egg
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Mix 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla with 150ml of clean drinking water.

  2. Chop fresh cilantro and scallions into big pieces for boiling and small pieces for garnish.

  3. Place Similac Mum and water in a medium pot and bring to boil. Add cilantro, scallions, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Remove cilantro and scallions. Reduce heat to medium.

  5. Carefully add egg, without breaking the yolk. Poach egg for 3 minutes.

  6. Gently place egg in a bowl then ladle in the soup. Garnish with more fresh cilantro and scallions. Enjoy!
