Pan-Seared Grouper Recipe with Similac® Mum

Become a chef when pregnant or breastfeeding with this delicious grouper recipe and its ginger milk broth.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 10g ginger
  • 2g sea salt
  • 120-150g grouper
  • 3 scoops Similac® Mum Vanilla
  • 1 serving size somen (type of Japanese noodles)
  • 1 tbsp of ikura (salmon egg)
  • Edamame to garnish
  • Fried ginger to garnish

Method

  1. Pan sear the sliced grouper with butter and ginger.

  2. When grouper is ready, set it aside and save the butter sauce.

  3. Mix 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla with warm water. Do not boil.

  4. Boil somen till cooked.

  5. Add saved butter sauce to Similac® Mum Vanilla and pour over somen.

  6. Plate with grouper, ikura, edemame, fried ginger and enjoy!
