Ricotta Cheese Toast with Mango, Honey and Similac® Mum

Need a quick delicious and healthy treat? Nothing is better and easier than cheese toast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Similac® Mum Vanilla
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • Mango
  • Honey
  • Chia seeds

Method

  1. Combine 1 cup of Similac® Mum Vanilla with 2 cups of water in a pot. Bring to boil.

  2. Add in 2 tbsp of lemon juice, mix well. Leave in the pot for 15 minutes before pouring through a fine sieve.

  3. Meanwhile, toast a slice of wholemeal bread and slice the mango. Place sliced mango on toasted bread.

  4. Drizzle with honey and finish off with chia seeds. Enjoy!
