A banana smoothie is a classic for good reason. The banana gives it a smooth and thick texture and adds fibre, the PediaSure adds nutrition ‘oomph’.

Ingredients

150mL milk
5 scoops PediaSure Vanilla
1 small ripe banana
1 Tablespoon honey

Method

Measure all ingredients into a blender jug.
Blend until smooth and fluffy. Serve right away.
Store leftover in the fridge and consume within 1 day, shaking well before serving.

Tips:

For a spicy twist, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the mix.
For variety, replace banana with frozen strawberries or blueberries.
