Based on HPB website, recommended intakes are as follows:

Adults (19 - 50 years) 800mg - One serving of Glucerna Triple Care fulfills 28% of RDA
Adults (51 years and above) 1,000mg - One serving of Glucerna Triple Care fulfills 22% of RDA

As compared to the previous liquid formulation, Glucerna TC RTD's recipe is closer to that of the Glucerna TC powder. It has newly added Taurine, Carnitine, and Inositol (803mg per serve) which aid in macronutrient (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) metabolism; and it has a higher Fiber content. The product now comes in a resealable plastic bottle format which provides greater convenience for one to consume on-the-go.

To be certified as a Low GI product, the GI must be within the range of 1 to 55.
