Ingredients

  • 270 ml ProSure® (liquid, vanilla flavour)
  • 110 g egg
  • 25 g Honshimeiji mushrooms
  • 2 g spring onion
  • A pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Thinly slice spring onion.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, ProSure® and salt together.
  3. Pour into desired moulds or bowls. Cover with cling wrap and steam for 15 minutes.
  4. Blanch mushrooms and arrange them on top of the steamed egg. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
