Ingredients

  • 5 scoops (52g) Glucerna® Triple Care powder
  • 2 tablespoons (3g) artificial sweetener (optional)
  • 200ml water boiled, then cooled
  • ¼ tsp (0.7g) green tea powder

 

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, add water, Glucerna® Triple Care powder and artificial sweetener. Mix well to dissolve the powder.
  2. Add green tea powder and blend well using a food processor or a hand blender.
  3. Allow liquid to settle, chill in refrigerator until bubbles subside.
  4. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze.
  5. Enjoy the ice-cream once it’s frozen.
