Step 1
In a pan, gently roast sooji until it turns golden brown and releases its nutty aroma.
Step 2
Next, pour in the milk and allow it to come to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally. Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the flame and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes till the kheer thickens.
Step 3
Add sugar and stir well until the sugar melts completely. Once done, turn off the flame and allow the kheer to cool down to room temperature.
Step 4
Once the kheer has cooled down, transfer it to a bowl and mix PediaSure vanilla and freshly grated apple.
Step 5
